Spanish third division side CD Eldense announced they quit all their sports releated activity for the rest of the season after humiliating 12-0 defeat against Barcelona reserves.
The defeat not only marked the highest marginal defeat in Segunda Divison B’s history but it also confirmed Eldense’s relegation from the division. Eldense with six games in their hand are confirm relegation as they are 16 point short of 19th place Atletico Levante.
The result remains big humiliation for Eldense that ended above Barcelona B last season in the group. While Barcelona B stand as the leaders of Group 3 in the division, Eldense are confirmed of relegation.
