Tottenham Defender DeAndre Yedlin has been called into the national squad despite not playing any first team game.

DeAndre Yedlin called up for friendly against Denmark

DeAndre Yedlin has been called up into the national team to play Denmark in an international friendly match. Despite not appearing in any of Spurs’ squad since joining from Seattle Sounders in January, Manager Jurgen Klinsmann has called up the defender. Yedlin, who is currently in London with spurs has seen handfull of U-21 action before getting injured while on International duty. Spurs’ coaches have revealed that Yedlin will be considered as first team option once he settles well.
