Tottenham Hotspur complete deadline day transfer of English youngster of Dele Alli beating Aston Villa and Newcastle

Dele Alli is all set to sign for Tottenham Hotspur despite the interests from Aston Villa and Newcastle United.

Tottenham Hotspur have signed English youngster Dele Alli from MK Dons for a transfer fee of about five million pounds. The midfielder who will turn nineteen in couple of months attracted interests from Aston Villa and Newcastle too but chose to sign for Mauricio Pochettino’s men instead. The deal will be finalized in few hours and it is said that he will be sent back to MK Dons for the remainder of the season.

The talented youngster has already made 74 first team appearance for his club and was involved in MK Dons’ 4-0 victory over Manchester United in this seasons famous Capital One Cup upset. He has scored 12 goals in 32 appearances for the club this season. Alli represented England in U-14 and U-17 levels and was rewarded with a call-up for U-19 team this season after he starred for his club in the league.
