Former Manchester United and Everton Manager David Moyes has been handed managerial duties of Spanish club Real Sociedad.

David Moyes has returned to the managerial duties after 10 months after being appointed as Manager of Spanish Club Real Sociedad. 51-year old had been jobless since his sacking from Manchester United. The Scot has signed a contract which is valid till June 2016. He will take charge of the team for the first time after International Break, in the match against Deportivo in 22nd November.

David Moyes is fourth British manager of the club. Harry Lowe(1930-1935), John Toshack (three stints with latest ending in 2002) and Chris Coleman lasted seven months at the helm after being appointed in July 2007.

Moyes will have somehow easier job in the first few weeks as his new team will face Deportivo La Coruna away from home and play Elche at home. They will play lower league outfit Oviedo in Copa Del Rey in 4th December.
