Gareth Bale is a huge doubt for weekend’s El-Clasico as he misses out on midweek’s Champions League clash.

Gareth Bale set to miss Liverpool clash, doubtful for El-Clasico

Bale was injured in Internatioanl duty.

Gareth Bale picked up an injury while playing for Wales in recently finished International Break and was an unused substitute in Real Madrid’s league win this weekend. The World Record signing has been in good form this season and has been struggling with a muscular problem. Bale is sure to miss their Champions League clash against English opposition Liverpool.

Reports in Spain suggest that Bale skipped training on Monday and is a huge doubt for the El-Clasico. Bale scored the winner against Barcelona in recently held El-Clasico and Carlo Ancelotti has said they will keep an eye on the fitness of Wales International. Real Madrid also will be without Karim Benzema, Raphael Varane and Sergio Ramos, who are all struggling with injuries.

Real Madrid has won both their Champions League fixtures while Liverpool has won one and lost one in Group B. Ludogorets and FC Basel are paired up with Liverpool and Real Madrid in Champions League Group B.
