Pele, one of the greatest and biggest name in the football ever. Pele is the name which current players love when being compared to him. Pele won three world cup and he played in USA during the later stage of his footballing career. Yesterday he revealed with ESPN Brazil he was offered a contract by NYG.
Pele played for New York Cosmos team own by Walters in the starting of 70s and retired in USA. Pele was most decorated and hig profiled player that time and every clubs were interested for his signature.
From Tribal Football: Speaking with ESPN Brazil, Pele says he turned down a career in the NFL with the Giants, who allegedly wanted him to be their kicker after he “did well” in a few tryouts.
