Jumanu Rai has been the top goal scorer of the tournament so far, however when it is about a player who takes lesser time to score a goal, its different. Nepal Army club’s Padam Tamang leads the chart scoring a goal in his first substitute appearance in 3rd minutes. He appeared as a sub again in the second match which makes him the best player to score a goal consuming less time.
