ANFA Kaski’s president Gopi Bahadur Bhatrai answered a series of question from reporters and he rules out that Machhindra exclusion was due to external pressure.

“The decision is from board members, we have not any kind of issue with Machhindra. The standard of A division clubs are all alike, so we decided to invite the teams in rotation basis. Machhindra will surely be invited in next edition” , Bhattarai clarified.

“Police club did not participate because the players will be in leave, meanwhile clubs from abroad like Yeti FC, Hongkong Nepalese Football Association and Bhutan XI will certainly raise the craze of the tournament” , he continued.

The tournament starts from 5th Kartik where 8 clubs from Nepal, three teams from abroad and Nepal u-16 team will show its participation.
