Nepal National Football Team upgrade seven position in FIFA ranking as they move to 163 position from 170.
Afghanistan continue their dominance in the south Asian region as they move 7 position up in FIFA ranking after SAFF Championship victory. However India follow a downfall of 10 positions and lie third in the SAFF region. Meanwhile Maldives remain second in South Asian region moving one step ahead.
The SAFF championship hosts Nepal were able to defeat India and Bangladesh who ranked above them before the update which helped them move seven positions up.
