NMB Machhindra had great first half of the season while the fans expected title chase but they lacked consistency, as a result they lie in the seventh position.
Both RCT and Machhindra expected title in initial stage of A division league. Afeez’s one year ban from ANFA outbalanced RCT who looked in great shape earlier.
Amar Dangol has been unable to give his best since his return from International duty. He made his first international appearance against Pakistan, while he was tested in couple of games later in AFC Challenge cup qualifiers.
Machhindra started the super league with 1-0 defeat against NRT while RCT were 2-0 down with Manang Marsyangdi club.
