Himalayan Sherpa start their season with knocking win over APF as they score three goals and gain clean sheet in their starting match.
Himalayan Sherpa who entered the field in orange color started to attack right after the referee blew the whistle. They scored two goals in the first half leading the half 2-0 while they were gifted with an own goal in the second half to make the final score 3-0.
Sherpa started to attack right after the kick off as they generated some dangerous attack from the first but it took them till the half of the first half to take the lead which they got through a penalty kick. Pukar Gahataraj converted the penalty which YHSC got after Ganesh Khadka was fouled inside the box by Bhim Shrestha. The lead was doubled when YHSC scored over poorly possessed APF though a corner. Som Malla was the man to double the lead just before the end of first half.
APF although looked helpless in the first half , they started to create some attacking move in the second half but all their moves failed and their hope to comeback gone in vain after they conceded an own goal which made the scoreline 3-0.
Himalayan Sherpa will be playing Mahindra Bansbari while APF will face Jawalakhel Youth club in their matchweek 2.
RCT 2-0 Boudha FC
In the second match of today’s game, RCT defeated Bouddha by 2-0. In the first half Boudha displayed brilliant discipline in the field as they looked organized. They made RCT to chase the ball and captured more of the possession but they cant continue their good game latter and RCT takes the lead in the last minute of first half with the own goal of Man Gurung. In the second half, game started in the different manner with RCT dominating the possession and attack as Amar Dangol scored in 67th minute to double the lead.
