Carlos Queiroz- Iranian coach

Jordan displayed better performance at the first half at Amman on Wednesday but it was Iran who gained back the rhythm in the second half with Karim Ansari  making two shots on target which were smartly saved by the Joardan goalkeeper.

Later in the late 10 minutes of the game, Jordan were able to build some pressure after some changes on the field they made which resulted Saeed Murjan to attack while his attack hit the post resulting no goal.

The exciting of the game although did not came from the goal but its thrill could be experienced when Iran coach Carlos Queiroz was sent off for his objections made to a corner ball decision.

Jordan are below in the final round of Asia qualifiers for Brazil world cup 2012 as they settle low with just single point in two games lying beneath  Japan, Iraq, Australia and Oman in the Group B while Iran are in the second spot below Korea Republic while Qatar, Lebanon and Uzbekistan and lie in the similar group of the Asia qualifiers.
