Both teams lost their last match and pointless in the group. Himalayan Sherpa lost to Sankata 1-0 after Salyan Khadgi scored in penalty and RCT came back from 0-1 behind to give Banasbari 2-1 defeat. Both teams will be looking for their first victory in the tournament. Himalayan Sherpa failed to find the better combination between the new ones and old. They gave talented squad with them but the experience cost them the match. Bansbari played good football in their first match but two goals in last 10 minutes cost them the match as they were unable to hold 1-0 lead against RCT for last ten minutes.
