Foreign Recruits Helps NRT to Conquer Bouddha

NRT scores 4 goals to one against Boudhha FC to move back to sixth position in the League table.

NRT one again proved their ability on signing foreign recruits this season as they defeated Bouddha FC quite easy in the match played today at Dashrath Rangashala.

NRT started the lead on a slow match where Akeen utilized the defensive laps for NRT and scored on a 1 on one chance against the goal keeper. This was the only goal in the first half for the winning team as Rajin Dhimal missed a chance some minutes before the half time which could have taken the winning sides little further in the first half.

Boudha FC found the comeback just after the kick off of the second half as Rajan Adhikari equalized for Bouddha after a great pressing from Subin Shrestha on the wings in 47th minute. Bouddha FC could not defensive it well as NRT got back their lead just 3 minutes later when Akeen earned penalty for goalkeeper Mahendra’s harsh tackle. Sequn without making any mistake converted the spot kick and took their team goals ahead.

Bouddha FC could not do anything on the attack and their poor defensive display costed them another goal in 70th minute. Laxmna Ruchal scored for NRT to make the score 3-1.

NRT added another one in 85th minute when all the good work from substitute Asim was utilzed by Akeen who does not misses much. This earned NRT another points and kept their hopes on for the super 8.
