Women’s League: Anu’s hattrick guides APF to a win; Eastern beat Western

The first match of the day was played between Armed Police Force and Central region and APF took the early lead via National Team striker Anu Lama in 11th minute. Anu then scored in  41st and 78th minute to complete her hat-trick and confirmed all 3 points for the departmental team. The game ended 4-0 with  Tej Kumari Gurung scoring the other goal for APF on 65th minute.

The second game played between Eastern and Western region ended 3-0 in favor of Eastern who took the lead on 14th Minute with Sanrachana Pradhan’s goal. She doubled the team’s lead and her goal tally for the game with another goal in 62nd minute. Sita Rai wrapped up the game with a goal on 78th minute for Eastern Region.

Army will play Mid Western Region at 12:30PM tomorrow which will be followed by the match between Nepal Police Club and Far Western Region at 2:30PM
