Yet again league result turns unexpected as both Friends club and Nepal Army club gets disappointed on a match today.
RCT sidelines Friends club while NRT registers terrific victory on an A Division match today played at Dashrath Rangashala which continues the results to be unexpected.
RCT 2-1 Friends Club
On the first match played today, RCT registers their second win in the tournament as Dipesh makes his double contributing on a win against Friends club who are still struggling to get first three points this season. The goals tally was updated in the 41st minute when Yugol Rai’s cross found Amar’s head unfortunately deflected on a post which was later utilized by Dipesh Magar. Seond goal came from same man in second half after he made a chip in the 60 minute of the game. Although Nirajan Khadka fought back scoring in the 71st minute, it was not enough for the loosing team.
NRT 1-0 Army
NPC yet again sends their fans home unhappy as they fail to find first win this season. Although the team entered the field with star striker Bharat Khawash, they failed to score any goal in the game which kept them back by a goal. Ajay Bk scored for NRT which gave them lead in the 40th minute. Fortunately for NRT, Raju Yogi made some great save not letting Army to score. Akken who could have doubled the lead was kept disappointed as referee ruled out his goal as offside in 65th minute.
This win takes NRT back to top of the table with two wins. Watch League table here.
