Monaco have secured the title of League 1 after their impressive season in France. This is first league title for for Monaco after 2000. This haul also breaks PSG’s back to back four league title since 2012-2013.
With one game remaining in the league Monaco are already 6 points ahead of the second placed PSG. Monaco have 92 points while PSG have 86.
In the match against Saint Etienne only draw was enough for Monaco to enjoy the title. Mbappe and Germain scored each to secure the title.
