Wales stand at the top of EURO 2016 Qualifying group and areĀ about to qualify to the main event in France to be held in 2016
With 17 points from 7 games and standing 3 points ahead of second placed Belgium, Wales are on course to be selected for EURO 2016 France. Gareth Bale scored the winner in yesterday’s 1-0 win over Cyprus as the Real Madrid star headed the winner in the 82nd minute to take the win tally to 5, record for Wales till date. With no loss and in seven games, Wales are one of the best teams in the qualifiers and inspired by Real Madrid’s record signing, the forward looks ahead to his busy club schedule.
Bale, who won the elusive La Decima with Real Madrid in the first season in Spain failed to win anything in the following season. Manager Carlo Ancelotti was then sacked and replaced by former Liverpool, Chelsea, Inter and Napoli manager Rafael Benitez. With Benitez in charge, Bale is expected to be handed further attacking role ad the pivot of attack will be leveled not only for Ronaldo as per the spanish manager.
