French International and AS Monaco midfielder Geoffrey Kondogbia has opted to sign for Inter Milan rejecting their rivals AC Milan on the way.

Inter Milan have agreed to sign Geoffrey Kondogbia for 40 million Euros after AS Monaco ditched deal with AC Milan over same amount of money. It is said that AC Milan offered the deal with less performance based bonus and the payment to be done in two installments while Inter were ready to pay the whole sum at once and give extra performance based bonus too.
Kondogbia is expected to arrive in Italy on Sunday and will undergo medical on Monday. English club Arsenal were also on the race to sign the youngster but they pulled out once the valuation went over 20 million pounds. It is also said that due to the rise in transfer amount, the player’s demands have hit a new high and the midfielder could earn treble of his current wages in Inter.
