Arsenal duo Olivier Giroud and Arsene Wenge win Month’s best awards

Arsene Wenger and Olivier Giroud were awarded Barclays Manager and Player of the Month awards respectively.

Arsenal duo Arsene Wenger and Olivier Grioud have won the individual awards of Manager of the Month and Player of the month award. The forward, who has been in top form this month scored in all the games Arsenal played and was involved in most of the goals scored in the premier league. Despite the Champions League exit, Gunners were on song in this month’s fixtures and Wenger was awarded the manager of the month award for his performance. Wenger maintained an excellent 100% win record througout the month.

Giroud was challanged by Harry Kane, who was chasing his third consecutive award after being nominated for four consecutive months. Fellow Arsenal player Francis Coquelin and Liverpool midfielder Jordan Henderson were also among the nominees to win the award. Arsenal are currently third in the table and are in strong position to seal the spot.
