Bayern Munich Left Back David Alaba has picked up an injury while on International duty and will not be available for the rest of the season. The versatile defender suffered a horrific knee injury last night while playing for his national team.
Alaba spent two months on sidelines earlier this season after suffering a ligament injury. Later in the season, he suffered right mensicus injury against Roma and was forced off the pitch.
Bayern are set to play their arch rivals Borussia Dortmund later this week in a league encounter. Dortmund are currently struggling in the league with 10th position and just as half points as Bayern but the match is assured to be a tasty encounter. Bayern are leading the table with huge margin and its only a formality to win the league in weeks now.
