Real Madrid should count on Gareth Bale for a better ending of the season

Welsh Interational and Real Madrid winger Gareth Bale should recover his form soon if Madrid are to finish the season strongly.

Gareth Bale has not been in top form in recent matches but Madrid’s fate for this season is much dependent upon the form of Welsh winger. Bale scored two goals and grabbed all the headlines in recent win over Levante but he was on a poor run of form before that statistically. Bale did not register any goal or assist in 9 matches before last weekend and was a subject of constant jeers from the fans.

However, Bale’s figure for Real Madrid is not so bad as he has scored 16 goals and assisted six times in 31 matches. He has been booked just one time throughout the season and has staggering passing percentage of around 80%. With Madrid progressing to the quarterfinal of Champions League and sitting a point behind Barcelona in the league standings, Madrid will need bale to be in his top form. Like last season, Bale should repeat the heroics and take Madrid past the finishing line.
