Madhyapur Stops Three Star As Each Claim Single Point !

MYA were able to come back from an early trial as they get first point in a senior division tournament.

Three Star and Iceberg  MYA  claimed their first points of the tournament  in Group A, with hard fought draw here at Dashrath Stadium in Ncell cup 2069. Both team played 1-1 draw where Bikram Lama of Three Star Club and Jivan Sinkeman of IMYA  score a each goal for their respective team.

Iceberg MYA , as expected , set up defensively and seemed content to concede a decent amount of possession to their opponents.  The movement of three star was constant problem for a Madhyapur .  Three star dominated possession for long spells in the first half, although Madhyapur’s Nirajan Rayamajhi who came as a substitue in second half wasted one vs one scoring chance as MYA played counter attacking football most of the time.  The goalkeeper of IMYA Bikesh  played an outstanding game , he was the main trouble for three star, letting numbers of goal scoring chances captured into his safe hands.

It was interesting to watch Bikesh Kuthu in one side who stopped maximum goal scoring chances while on the other end, Biraj Maharjan displayed some great game making himself successful from defense to the midfield.

Madhyapur will be playing APF on 9th of Ashwin while Three star will meet Friends on 6th.
