According to Kantipur daily newspaper, China has planned a friendly match in Dashrath Rangashala on an occasion of China-Nepal Friendship year 2012. This would be good news for Nepalese supporters who awaits International matches eagerly.

Nepal against Bangladesh

Although unconfirmed by both ANFA and Nepal government, Kantipur newspaper claims China has offered a friendly football match on an occasion of China-Nepal Friendship year 2012. The match is scheduled to be hosted in the first week of December.

This friendly match could act as a positive catalyst to Nepalese supporters who have been facing tragedy since AFC Challenge cup as Nepal is unable to display match winning performance, loosing all matches; excluding a draw against India in Nehru cup and recent friendly draw at Dashrath Rangashala against Bangladesh.

Nepal will aim to put up their frustration of the past behind them when they host China in the first week of December. Although Nepalese authorities have asked to bring Chinese youth team in the friendly, Nepalese team have got strength to perform well against the first team as they have good home record against two times world cup qualified team Korea DPR and Jordanian. So proper practice and better coaching could lead glory.

Nepal will aim to stop China in the draw although the expectation always remains to win. This is great chance for Nepalese football team and ANFA to send the crowd home happy after their fruitless performance both in AFC Challenge cup and recently played Nehru cup.

Like Ringo Starr sang, “You know it don’t come easy,” Nepalese fans knows it well the match will be a tough one but even a tough competition could please the fans as they expect something spicy against two times Asian cup runner ups.
