Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho might force a few raised eyebrows with team as he prepares for Capital One Cup final.

Jose Mourinho - world's highest paid manager

Jose Mourinho preparing for few surprises as Chelsea prepare for final without Matic and Mikel

A week ago this time, Chelsea’s team for the final was set. They had one of the most set team and they were in great form. But the league match against Burnley at home changed everything. A moment of madness from their most consistent player could be the reason they do not have the same momentum as they were supposed to. With Nemanja Matic out suspended because of red card and John Obi Mikel out injured, Jose Mourinho might field a new partnership in the midfield.

There is high possibility that Ramires will partner with Cesc Fabregas in defensive midfield, like they did in the later stage of Burnley match. The same partnership clicked when Matic missed the game against Newcastle. However, Chelsea were unable to come back with anything in that match and the same result this time is unacceptable for Mourinho.
