ANFA to bid Farewell to Women’s Team for SAFF Championship

Nepal National Women’s will be travelling to Pakistan for the upcoming women’s SAFF  championship 2014 and ANFA will be giving farewell.

The All Nepal Football Association is organizing a farewell program to the women’s team that is travelling to Pakistan for the Third Women’s SAFF Championship . Minister for Youth and Sports Purushottam Paudel will be the chief guest of the farewell program.

Farewell program will start tomorrow after the 12:00 pm at ANFA Complex, Satdobato.

20 players and three officials will be travelling to Pakistan representing  Nepal in the upcoming SAFF Championship.  The competition is scheduled to be held from November 11- November 20 in Pakistan. National team have trained for around three weeks for preparation of the championship.

The Final Squad :-

Goalkeepers: Namita Kumari Dali, Chandra Devi Dahal and Anjila Rai.

Defenders: Ghim Kumari Gurung, Amrita Jaisi, Mana Maya Limbu, Menuka Giri and Punam Jarga Magar.

Mid Fielders: Dipa Rai, Yasodha Lama, Sajana Rana, Bhujunga Rai and Renuka Kumari.

Forwards : Dipa Adhikari, Sabitra Bhandari, Anjali Waiba, Anita Basnet, Krishna Khatri, Anu Lama and Niru Thapa.
