Ajax will host the match against the Football Club Barcelona to play their fourth match in the today’s clash of UEFA Champions League  2014/15 season

In the today’s Group F clash of the ongoing UEFA Champions League, Ajax will be hosting the match against the Spanish giant Barcelona. Ajax will be looking to take the home advantage over the Spanish and on the other side Barcelona are are in the pressure to win the match to take the top position of the group stage league table.

Barcelona and Ajax are grouped in the group F along with Paris Saint Germain and APOEL where Paris Saint Germain are in the top of the league table with seven points while Barcelona are following them in the second position with six points after the three fixtures. Ajax are in the third position with two points and APOEL are in the bottom of the table with only one point.

Ajax have no any big injury concerns but  Viktor FIscher are not availabe for this clash. Barcelona will be playing without Jermey Mathieu and Andres Iniesta due to the calf injury while Jordi Alba and Sergio Roberto is still suffering from the muscular complaint.

Ajax will be playing from their regular 4-3-3 formation where Andersen, Sigthorsson and Schone will be starting in the front line meanwhile, Barcelona also might adopt 4-3-3 formation with Surez, Messi and Neymar in the starting line up.

Both teams have take on each other for the three time since 2013 and Barcelona have won the two matches while Ajax have registered victory in the one match.
