APF trashed Friends in opening match of the Safal Pokhara Cup

Armed Police Force trashed Friends Club 4-3 in high scoring opening match of the Safal Pokhara Cup after Shyam Nepali sparks for departmental team.

In the curtain raising match of the second Safal Pokhara cup APF stuns Friends Club 4-3 after Shyam Nepali bagged a man of the match award. First two goals came in first half as five goals were scored in the second half.

Friends Club started a match with attacking mode but due to lack of quality finishing they failed to convert in three golden opportunities and in 35th minute of the match Ganesh Lawati scored in the first real opportunity for APF but Ritesh Malla equalize the score after 4 minutes of the first goal. First Half ended as 1-1.

In the starting of  second half APF takes the lead again as ARjun Subba scored second goal for APF. In the fourth minute of the second half Friends was awarded the penalty after Goalie Samit fouls Jagjeet inside the d-box but the penalty from the Jagjeet was wonderfully blocked by Samit. In 55th minute APF triples the tally after Shyam Nepali scored and Arjun Subba scored fourth goal in the 84th minute, Two late goals from Jagjeet couldn’t save Friends from loosing.
