They have acquired service of Throgan Hazard, young brother of Eden Hazard from Chelsea. Ter Stegen has left the club and joined FC Barcelona of Spain so they have already signed a goalkeeper in his stead. They also have lost Kramer, as he signed for Borussia Dortmund already.
PSV have signed Borussia Monchengladbach player Luuk De Jong in 5.5 milllion euros deal. Raffael, who was starman last term will stay at the club despite reports of his departure around the press.
