Jose Mourinho set to block REAL attempt to buy Ramires

Carlo Ancelotti and Ramires

Manager Carlo Ancelotti had made an enquiry on November regarding the defender’s state in CHelsea and wanted to add up the midfielder into his Champions league winning team in January. Chelsea then rejected the offer and now they are at it again. Jose Mourinho’s interest in some Real Madrid players might persuade them to make a deal as makeweights but Mourinho is keen to keep his midfield man at London. Ramires arrived to Chelsea from Benfica after the Brazilian midfielder made a lot of improvements from his arrival to Portugal from Cruzeiro. Ancelotti was the manager when Ramires was brought and it did not take him time to fit into the gameplay of the Italian manager.

After the departure of Frank Lampard and John Obi Mikel’s fuure not so clear, he wants to keep Ramires in his plans. Mourinho is said to be in link with Atletico Madrid midfielder Tiago and has expressed his desire to sign unsettled Barcelona Maestro Cesc Fabregas. Mourinho also like Isco, Raphael Varane and Sami Khedira from Madrid and wants to bring them back into his team. Isco has not been able to make his mark under Carlo Ancelotti and with depth in the team in that position, he will look to persuade his move elsewhere if the future is to be bright.

Chelsea also have signed Spanish Striker Diego Costa and will finalize the move within this week. The Brazilian born striker is rumored to have signed a five year deal at Stamford bridge after the club triggered his £32million release clause. The striker joins the Spanish contingent of Chelsea with Cesar Azpilicueta and fellow-striker Fernando Torres. And as the rumors suggest, Fabregas is also close to joining the Spanish contingent in Chelsea after having a below par season with Barcelona.
