Namibia and Congo play each other in 1st round of African Cup Qualifiers for 2015 edition to be held in Morocco.

Namibia coach Ricardo Mannetti said that Namibia will have to be patient and take one step at a time of they are to go to the finals of African Nations Cup. They are playing Congo in 1st leg on May 17 at Wundhoek and play the return leg at Brazzaville on May 31.

The winner of this tie will advance to the 2nd round, where they will play the winners of Libya vs Rwanda. The winner will then be pitted in a group with Nigeria, South Africa and Sudan.

Namibia played against South Africa in a friendly last week and lost 2-1 against the under strength African side.
