‘B’ Division League: Bansbari and Samajik grab victories

Bansbari Club defeated Birgunj Youth Academy while Samajik Youth Club overcame Bouddha Football Club in today’s matches in Martyr’s Memorial Red Bull ‘B’ Division Football League held in Dasarath Stadium.

In the first game of Martyr’s Memorial Red Bull ‘B’ Division Football League, Bansbari Club defeated Birgunj Youth Academy by 3-0. Raju Tamang opened the scoring in 6th minute while Bimal Rana doubled the tally just after the second half began. Sajan Dangol put the icing on the cake with a goal in 82nd minute.

In the second game of the day, Bouddha FC lost to Samajik Youth Club after conceding 2 goals within 7 minutes. Bhakta Bhandari opened the scoring in 55th minute and Anil Dhimal doubled the lead 7 minutes later. Bouddha sensed a comeback after Asish Lama scored in 75th minute but Shakti Rai of Samajik put the game out of the reach with a goal in first minute of injury time.
