The Nepal Police Club is taking on high flying CMG Club Sankata in the first encounter of Super League Today.Sankata vs NPC Super Six

Both the teams have 22 points, but Police are held on 3rd place with a superior goal difference than Sankata. A win would put either team a point behind table toppers with a much more.

Police are in form and will look to continue the streak with a winning start in super league. Bhola Silwal is playing in the best form of his life and stands joint- top scorer of the league with seven goals whilst playing from midfield. Jumanu Rai also scored from the bench in derby win over APF means he might be in contention to start the match. Rabin Shrestha is still out injured and they will have to play with a same defending lineup, which has conceded 8 goals in the league.

Sankata were rocked by the fact that Afeez will not be able to feature in the match after being injured in 2-0 win against RCT in their last match. However, they still can rely on their solid defense, which is just behind MMC [5 goals] with 6 goals in least goals conceded. Goalkeeper Pierre Herve has looked good as ever and will be a player to watch in the match. Afeez’s injury means Jacob and Dlusola might both start with Pierre.

Last match played between these two teams in the first phase of the league ended at 0-0.
