In the first match of the day played between the Nepal Police Club and Nepal APF club NPPC managed to win with the score line of 2-0 as Bhola Silwal converted a penalty in the first half and Jumanu heads in second leaf. With win NPC climbs in the second position and will finish at least third in the league.

From the very first minute of the match Birat’s Police were in attacking note, but failed to score in the various Occessions. In the fifth minute of the match Bhola’s shot from 22 yards went straight into the hands of APF goalie Amrit and same scenario occurred in 21st minute too. Shaman Subedi failed to give opening in the 9th minute as he header went wide of the goal post from the corner of Ganesh Khadka. Police once against failed to open scoring in the 14th minute as Dipesh Shestha’s 1 vs 1 effort was well saved by APG goalie. The first watchable move from the APF came in the 24th minute, but Ritesh Thapa did well to save Ranjan Bista’s half volley from the d-box line.

The first goal of the match came after APF defender Sachindra Dhimal hands the ball inside d-box and Nepal Police club’s vice captain Bhola Silwal scored on the left side of the net as APF goalie dived towards the right. Now Bhola stands at the top of the scorers list jointly with NMB Machhindra player Karna Limbu.

The police continued their note from the first half as they started attacking from the very first minute of the second half. The first shot of the half came from Bharat Shah but Amrit Chaudhary did well to save. Ritesh Thapa was the hero once again as he flew to save Nabin lama’s long ranger. Ritesh stopped numbering of shot from Shyam and Ranjan. In 77th minute the regular NPC captain Jumanu converted header in the cross from Dipen Shrestha. In 81st minute the overhead kick from Rajendra Rawal went a yard wide of the post. In 87th min Ganesh lawati powerful attempts from 22 yards hits the cross bar but unluckily it didn’t cross the goal line.

Jumanu Rai started from the bench and came in the 62nd minute replacing Ramesh Katwal.
