Laxmi Bank Three Star club were all labelled in the regulation time with host city while they defeat Pokhara XI 4-3 on penalties.
The match remained first competitive for Three Star club under the newly appointed coach Anjan KC who found himself luck yo proceed to the semis on a tie breaker.
The match had a lost tempo as a result of moderate rain while both team failed to create any pressure playing on a cautious note as the first half faded away with lack of action.
The first goal came in 46th minute with Three Star club gem Dodoz made a remarkable shot from about 20 yards to give starts the lead, however the lead was ruled out by on loan striker through a fine touch in 70th minute to drive the match into to the penalties as both halves of the extra time saw no goals.
The spot kick tie breaker was started with a fine goal from Santosh Sahukhala while Biraj Maharjan’s shot for Three Star club was denied by opponent keeper Raju Yogi to make the score 3-3 giving Pokhara the advantage. The fate changed to TSC’s way when Kumar Gurung and Sunil BK’s target went off as Dodoz scored to give TSC 4-3 win.
