A Fan died during Celebrations in Nepal’s goal

The Nepalese team got ample of moments to celebrate as Nepal scored five goals in 4 matches but the goal turned out costly to a fan who died due to heart attack.

A fan suffered heart attack during celebration after Nepal scored a goal in SAFF championship opening match against Bangladesh, ANFA president Ganesh Thapa revealed in cash distribution ceremony. He was rushed to hospital but the patient was declared dead on the very next day.

The attack might be the reason for sudden excitement which might have caused electrical instability of the heart muscle tissue .

Although the name of the dead fan was not revealed, ANFA president himself confirmed about the news during his speech in the program held at Dasarath Rangashala press hall.
