” We lost due to small mistake last time, it was the time Afghanistan were strong. We missed many chances and we don’t want to repeat those mistakes again when we play Afghanistan tomorrow” , captain Sagar Thapa speaks on a show at Kantipur Television.

“The good part is that our strikers are high onconfidence. They are fully focusing and are playing with their heart. When a striker scores, he build up confidence and that confidence instantly helps on other match” , captain continued.

“We now don’t need to rely on midfielders to score, our strikers have been doing job for Nepal. This cools down pressure on midfielder and they can support deep down to help us defend the opponent attack. In the same time, we defenders can go ahead to deliver some balls to strikers.

“We had few mistakes when we look back out three recent performances in the tournament, we will try not to repeat those mistakes and fully focus to keep trophy at home.” , Sagar Thapa continued.
