Furious Fan attack on Nepal Electricity Authority Office in Kirtipur

Its was India Vs Nepal and this means lot more to Nepali fans. The rivalry between India and Nepal has gone much more intensified when it comes to football. Though Nepal has been victorious in previous matched but in recent years we haven’t been able to get the best of result.

Its was today’s match a win against India was the best way to reach in the Semifinal and everyone most anxiously anticipating to watch this match. We are well known about the Load Shedding/power cut in the country and there was scheduled power cut in Kirtipur exactly after the match started which made the local and football fanatic furious. The situation got bad to worst they started to vandalize and thrown whatever they get in Electric Office in Kirtipur. The scenario got deepened as a result security forces was called to calm the protester.
We kindly request associated authorities to create a favorable environment and there shouldn’t be any chaos and protest on this regard. We came to learn that there was scheduled power cut in some others area in Kathmandu too. Apart from that our National Stadium capacity is only 20,000 and we have other thousands who support and love Nepali football. This a good lesson to learn.
