West Ham will test the newly promoted side when they face Cardiff in the opening match of the season at the The Boleyn Ground.
The hammers remained the top performers among the newly promoted side and now they get opportunity to test just promoted side West Ham in the first match of the season. West Ham captured pretty good signings this season including the likes of Andy Carroll and Downning who could mock up well having played together earlier at Liverpool.
The hammers ended exactly in the mid tables last season in tenth position winning 12 games and drawing 10 as they collected 46 points to secure top flight.
The match will be interesting to see how Cardiff fits in Premier League when they start their season against Hammers.
