Former Jawalakhel player Nigerian John Dike along with Sierra Leone agent P Camara are accused with fraud charges.
According to CBI, the foreign recruit is said to send fake SMS through web services claiming the victims won a lottery worth more than 10 million and made them deposit funds in different bank account making the victims feel that was process for withdrawn the amount.
The African duo were helped by Samjhana Pariyar who worked as a tourist guide.
Police arrested the culprits along with 4 lakh 17 thousand Nepalese rupees, different SIM cards, Laptops, Mobile phones and fake papers.
