Alexandre Lacazette reveals that he is ready to leave French club Lyon and plans to move Atletico Madrid this summer.
The Frenchman has been consistent striker since last three season and has been in top club’s radar since long time. English clubs like Manchester United, Arsenal, Liverpool were all in long time chase of the striker who now opts to move away from France.
He has scored 35 goals this campaigns in all competitions for Lyon. The 25 years old has spent all of his professional career in Lyon so far since progressing from academy to Lyon first team in 2010.
“I think that’s [the summer] the right moment [to leave],’ he said. “I want to discover something else, to put myself in danger and to get to the next level.
“People say in passing that I score goals, but I know very well that on the European level I am not very well known.
“I want to see if I can answer the questions that people are asking, and to make further progress.”
He has made 10 appearances for France National Football team.
