West Ham have finished the signing of Swansea City forward Andre Ayew on a three-year deal with club record fee of £20.5 million.

The Ghana international moved to the Liberty Stadium on a free transfer before the 2015-16 season and was a star turn for a Swansea side that completed twelfth.

Ayew and left-back Arthur Masuaku landed at the London Stadium on Monday, taking after Ashley Fletcher, Havard Nordveit, Gokhan Tore, Sofiane Feghouli and Arthur Masuaku in joining the Hammers this season.

West Ham co-boss David Gold at first reported the signing, before West Ham’s veritable web sorting out channels demanded the move.

Swansea in addition saw the flight of the forward, who will rejoin with past Marseille associate Dimitri Payet in east London.

In the wake of joining Slaven Bilic’s side, Ayew told West Ham’s official website: “I am especially fulfilled and energetic to be at this great club.

“I am cheerful to play for these fans and I might need to make the comprehensive group extraordinarily upbeat here.

“The club have a noteworthy measure of longing and have an extraordinary chief. They need to contort up a more unmistakable club each year and with the new stadium and another arranging ground, you can feel they are moving onto another level and I ought to be a touch of this think.

Ayew scored 60 goals in 202 games for Marseille, winning the Coupe de la Ligue twice amidst his time at Stade Velodrome.
