Manchester United secured their place in semifinal of Emirates FA Cup by beating Westham United with 1-2 at Upton Park. Manchester United will face Everton at Wembley in Semifinal.
Marcos Rashford gave a second half goal to lead the game in 54th minute, gathering a pass from Anthony Martial before twisting a great shot into the top corner of the post. And after 13 minute of the 1st goal Fellaini added another goal to prove two goal can go through semifinal position in replay game against westham. However, Tomkins pulled one back to keep the home team alive in the game assisted by Andy Carroll header.
The game seems to have fully safe for the red devils, David De Gea gave amazing defencive keeping. The combination of Marcus Rashford, Anthony Martial and Lingard seems the future of Manchester United. They are giving their best to keep the history of United attacking power. Wayne Rooney comes in the pitch before the 4th minute of the match ends.
Most of the host’s side felt that they would equalise the game when Kouyate hit the post from close range, folllowing the shots De Gea make incredible consecutive three save to deny shots from Carroll, Kouyate. Kouyate was flagged offside at that time.
Manchester United will play against Everton at Wembley Stadium in Semifinal on 23rd April, Saturday.This is the first time of Manchester United to play semifinal in FA Cup after 2011.
