As Liverpool take on the newly promoted AFC Bournemouth, Brendan Rodgers will be expecting for a better start at The Anfield.
With Joe Allen sidelined for three more weeks, Liverpool will continue to start with skipper and vice captain in the heart of the midfield. Daniel Sturridge is yet to recover from his injury so Christian Benteke will lead the line with Danny Ings and Mario Balotelli among the options. Roberto Firmino might start for the first time in the Premier League with an excellent few minutes after coming on as a substitute against Southampton.
Adam Lallana and Jordon Ibe will drop to the bench from the previous match while Firmino will play up top with Can playing in his preferable CDM position. Mamdou Sakho will come in to play with Martin Skrtel ahile Gomez and Clyne will start wide. Simon Mignolet will continue to guard the goals with Coutinho playing no.10 role.
