Manchester United have accepted Real Madrid’s bid to sign David De Gea as Louis Van Gaal looks for life without Spanish goalkeepers in Old Trafford.
With all important Premier League starting this weekend, Manchester United have been dealt a blow as their top choice goalkeeper is set to leave. United have accepted bid from Real Madrid for De Gea which will see Keylor Navas arriving in Manchester. The deal will include some amount of money and the goalkeepers will swap their clubs. The deal was finalized after the player himself had the mentality to move back to his home country and play for the club which is the most successful in Spanish history.
With the departure of De Gea, Victor Valdes’ future too looks unsecured as the players’ number has been scrapped and the kits have been moved to U-21s. According to sources, he has been asked to search for the club and leave while Sergio Romero looks set to start this weekend.
