Real Madrid preparing cash plus Keylor Navas transfer bid as Sergio Romero fights with David De Gea for Spurs game

According to reports in Spain, Real Madrid are offering Manchester United Keylor Navas and cash to try bring in David De Gea.

With Victor Valdes set to be sold and David De Gea not mentally sound, Louis Van Gaal might field Sergio Romero for the match against Tottenham Hotspur. Real Madrid have had bids for David De Gea rejected and are now desperately making a player plush cash deal. The deal involving Keylor Navas is set to be handed in few days and Louis Van Gaal might accept the bid as he has already made up his mind on losing the Spanish goalkeeper.

With De Gea going through nightmares in the pre-season matches, Van Gaal will not risk the position with vital opening game against Spurs. Romero is yet to appear in any United fixture but will play some training ground friendlies opposite to De Gea. In case De Gea is not fit, Van Gaal will play Romero in the lineup.
