Everton and England center half John Stones is set to stay at Everton unless Chelsea make a record breaking move for the youngster.

Everton set to reject another transfer bid form Chelsea as the Toffees demand 30 million pounds.

After Everton rejected the initial bid of  £20million from Chelsea for John Stones, there are reports saying that Chelsea are preparing an improved bid of  £26million for the defender. With four years left on the contract signed last year, Stones is earning as much as 30,000 pounds per week. Chelsea are offering double the wage but the transfer fee between the clubs is yet to be agreed.

Stones is currently on pre-season tour with Everton and has said that he does not intend to leave the club on his own. The defender was quoted saying, ‘I am very happy to be at Everton for the future.
‘My aim right now is to try and nail down a regular spot in this Everton team and hopefully that will take care of playing for England. I have to keep learning off the likes of Phil Jagielka and keep progressing at this club.’
