Italian giants AC Milan are on the verge of signing FC Porto striker Jackson Martinez as they look to bring back European nights at the San Siro.

FC Porto striker Jackson Martinez has been on the radar of top European clubs and it looks like his destination is finally set. Italian club AC Milan are said to be signing the striker after agreeing a deal with Porto as well as the player. Martinez, who was linked with a move to Premier League last window expressed his desire to stay with Porto but is said to be leaving this summer as he eyes a step forward.

The 28 year Colombian International is on International duty with his nation in Chile as the side prepare to give a shot at Copa America. Martinez was also the member of Colombian team who reached the quarterfinals of World Cup and lost to Brazil. Martinez will be the first signing for Milan for the next season.
