Spanish youngster scored in both legs as Real Madrid were knocked out 3-2 in aggregate by Italian Champions Juventus in the semi finals.

Juventus' Alvaro Morata aiming for consecutive Champions League title after beating former club Real Madrid

Alvaro Morata was used mostly as a substitute when Real Madrid won the 10th Champions League title last term. In his young age, Morata was destined for the top and he stepped up in his career with a 16 million pounds move to Juventus following the Champions League triumph. When Morata arrived in Turin, he had to fight for a spot in the lineup with fellow Spanish forward Fernando Llorente. He soon won the spot with excellent displays and his two goals in two matches in the semifinal stage against Real Madrid is the best proof for it.

Massimilano Allegri, Juve’s head coach is excited with the improvement of Morata and he has said that Morata has much more to offer. “He has learnt a lot from Madrid and he has just got better here at Juve”, he added.

Morata and Juventus will now take on FC Barcelona in the final of Champions League. Barca defeated Bayern munich 5-3 on aggregate and set up a final to be played on 6th of June in Berlin.
