Two relegation threatened sides face each other in a midweek clash which is regarded as a six pointer. Aston Villa are standing 17th in the table with 28 points from 31 games while Queens Park Rangers have points in as much games. A win will take Villa to 15th position while QPR have a chance to leapfrog their opponents to the 17th position with a 2 goal margin win.
QPR are the worst defensive side in the league conceding goals in the league campaign already. QPR on the other and have the meanest attack with just goals in 31 matches. Aston Villa lost their last match to Manchester United by 3-1 after Ander Herrera scored a brace. QPR on the other hand are on a high after an emphatic 4-1 victory away at West Bromwich Albion. Both the sides will be into the match with an eye on the maximum points.
